Back to Roots focused on transferring traditional food growing skills to Twillingate's youth.

This two-year project included community workshops, school workshops, the creation of a community garden at Twillingate Elementary School and a shared Thanksgiving harvest.

The project was funded by the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors Program.
