The Twillingate Digital Arts and Culture Strategy (TDACS) project that uses a human-centred design process to research and inform a digital strategy for the development of arts and culture in a rural destination.

The project is funded by the Canada Council for the Arts Digital Media Fund. The initial phase of the project has been completed with the publication of the report: Innovation at the Edge.
